Calle Aroga is one of the oldest streets in Riogordo. Situated a short distance away from the town square it is very quiet yet convenient for shopping, eating out, and people watching from one of the many outside bars.

The house is entered from the street into a small hallway with stairs rising to the living area on the first floor. Both bedrooms are situated on the ground floor providing a much cooler nights sleep in the hot summers. Each bedroom has its own shower room with large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. On the first floor is the lounge with comfortable sofas, low tables and shelving units. There is a television and video recorder with a selection of tapes and a radio/CD player should you wish to play your favourite CD’s. Double doors lead to the balcony over the street which provides an ideal vantage point for watching the processions and festivals which pass the house. Next to the lounge is the kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a table and four chairs should you wish to eat in.

A further set of stairs lead to the large roof terrace. The table, bench, chair and parasol set make outdoor eating a joy. A barbecue is available should you wish to take advantage of the wide variety of local produce. There are sun loungers to get that perfect tan whilst enjoying the 180 degree views and all day sun.

Due to the layout of the property with steep narrow staircases and roof terrace it may not be suitable for the infirm or those with very young children.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the house.
